What You Will Do
- Perform various direct patient care activities under the supervision of the DON or designee
- Monitor and report any change in condition
- Complete & file required recordkeeping forms/charts
- Prepare & administer medications as ordered by the physician
- Supervise CNA’s and assist staff to meet patients’ needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Requires current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
- Some experience preferred
- Pass a state-required background check
- Ability to read, write and understand the English Language
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation
- COVID 19 vaccination/booster
